Red Rock Developments needed to communicate sustainable community growth and long-term potential in Northern Ontario. With aging housing stock and a 35-year gap in new builds, the video had to support brand positioning and investor outreach by showing real revitalization that attracts workers, companies, and families.


The story centred on lived transformation—from dilapidated homes to forward momentum new builds. We captured the team's hard work, the "rising tide" philosophy where community progress lifts everyone, and making Red Rock feel like a flourishing destination. Both for Investment and living.


Working with Lucid Intent Productions, we delivered a hero spot showcasing a few of the renovated homes, and the first new build in 35 years, with the mission to grow sustainably. Created in collaboration with the BMI Group for website and investor outreach, it positions Red Rock development projects with clarity and confidence.
